California Thanksgiving
We woke up and had a mellow morning, watching the Macy’s Day Parade as we got ready for the day. This was the first year E really noticed the different floats and music performances. He loved watching the parade this year.
We drove an hour or so north and spent our Thanksgiving Day with family. It was calm and foggy, the air was crisp and had the scent from the fire burning in the yard as we spent time together and ate great food. It was the coziest Thanksgiving we have had in years (maybe ever?).
I am so excited for this holiday season and am really trying to make a point to slow down and soak it all up and cherish it while E is little. He makes things so much more special.
